Acknowledgments

Trevor Henthorn engineered the audio for the CD and produced the booklet illustrations and layout. A member of the Audio Engineering Society, Henthorn has worked on many projects involving computers, audio and video, at the UCSD School of Medicine, School of Engineering, Department of Psychology, Department of Music, and the San Diego Supercomputer Center. He is also a Research Associate at the UCSD Center for Research in Computing and the Arts.
